A vinyasa yoga where we connect movement to breath in a creative sequence that changes each week. All set to a soulful playlist.
My classes are playful and energetic with a focus on the balance between strength and softness as we move. As well a physical practise, my classes are supported with yogic techniques including pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and visualisation.
This class is for all, whatever your experience, with an emphasis on those who are starting out on their yoga journey.
